Who We Are

We started Tulum Pools this year, but the hands doing the work bring ten years of pool care behind them. That experience shows up in the small things: reading water clarity at a glance, catching a failing pump before it strands you, and knowing exactly what a green pool needs to come back to swimmable. We work on residential pools throughout the Coachella area, and we treat every backyard like it belongs to a neighbor.

On a typical visit we handle saltwater pool service and chlorine pool service alike, since the chemistry and equipment differ and each one deserves its own approach. We take care of routine pool filter cleaning, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, backwash the system, and balance the water so it stays comfortable and safe. When the pool has gone past routine, our green pool cleaning and algae treatments bring it back rather than just masking the problem. Many customers set us up on a biweekly schedule so the work stays ahead of the season.

We are not only a cleaning crew. When something breaks, we do pool pump repair, pool heater repair, and repairs to filters, lights, and automation systems. We can replace worn equipment, install new pumps or filters, and swap out pool lights when they go dark. We also service spas and hot tubs, and we offer pool inspection and pool vacuuming as part of keeping the whole system running the way it should.

Scheduling is simple. You can book appointments online, and we can come out over the weekend when the appointment is set in advance. We provide free estimates before any work begins, so you always know what you are agreeing to, and we offer a first responder filter inspection and cleaning as a thank-you to the people who show up for the rest of us.
